What types of gift boxes do you offer?
We offer a variety of gift boxes including themed boxes for special occasions, customizable boxes where you can choose the items, and pre-curated boxes for those looking for quick gifts.
Can I customize the items in my gift box?
Absolutely! We have an option for you to build your own box by choosing from a selection of products that we offer.
Are your products locally sourced?
We pride ourselves on supporting local businesses and artisans. Many of our products are sourced locally, and we highlight these items in our descriptions.
My box is a gift - I don't want a receipt or any prices included.
We understand that our products are often gifts, so we never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside our boxes. While we don't remove price tags or alter labels to maintain the beauty and integrity of our packaging, many of our products come without price tags. When tags are present, they are small and discreet.
How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your gift box, add a personal message if desired, and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other online payment methods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the country. However, we are looking into options for international shipping in the future.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee.
What are your warehouse shipping hours?
Our warehouse ships Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p EST.
Is shipping included?
While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box shipping is an additional cost, except on boxes over $50 (per address).
Can I change the shipping address if my order has already shipped?
Unfortunately, we're unable to submit address change requests once an order has shipped. We're so sorry! Please be sure to carefully look over the order confirmation email after your order has been placed, as we're more than happy to make any changes to the shipping address prior to shipment!
Refunds
All D.B. GIFTS sales are final.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dbgiftbox.com along with an image of the damaged product.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.
